At the KITEs Method, we learned a long time ago that unless you own property on the kite beach, you may lose you Kite access.

For this reason and many more John Holzhall, producer of the Method,  went on a journey to find the perfect kite beach. His first stop was to the office of his friend and Maui's biggest builder, Doyle Betsill.
 
After years of research they landed right in the middle of Kite Beach, Dominican Republic.
They purchased the finest property on the best launch.


There are three phases of construction. The first of which, "Pirate's Cove" is finished.

Phease One, Pirate's Cove:

 Pirate's Cove is complete and sold out. These Eco Villias were built with natural materials and local labor. Phase Three,

Phase three consists of 50 two bedroom units with huge Lagoon, Mountain and pool views. These units are set in between Coconut trees and the beautiful nature of the  El Choco National
